Refund Policy

At FinLearn, we want you to be completely satisfied with your learning experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a course, you may request a refund within the first 7 days of your purchase.

1. Eligible Refunds

  • You may request a refund for any course purchased within 7 days of the initial purchase date.

  • Refunds are only available for courses you have not completed more than 20% of.

  • Refunds are not available for digital products like ebooks, templates, or software licenses.

  • Refunds are not available for subscription-based memberships or services.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at finlearn24@gmail.com or @finlearnsupport within 7 days of your purchase. Please include the following information in your request:

  • Your full name

  • The course title and order number

  • Reason for the refund request

  • The percentage of the course you have completed (if any)

Our team will review your request and process the refund if it meets the eligibility criteria above. Please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

3. Refund Exclusions

Refunds are not available in the following situations:

  • More than 7 days have passed since your original purchase date.

  • You have completed more than 20% of the course content.

  • You are requesting a refund for a digital product like an ebook or software license.

  • You are enrolled in a subscription-based membership or service.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of suspected abuse or fraudulent activity.

4. Exceptions

  • Technical issues: If you encounter technical issues that prevent you from accessing or completing the course, we may consider a refund on a case-by-case basis.

  • Misrepresentation: If the course description or content materially misrepresents the product, you may be eligible for a refund.

5. Additional Terms

  • No guarantee of results: We do not guarantee that completing our courses will result in any specific outcomes or benefits

  • Changes to policy: We reserve the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
